What we keep
Your name and email address, the dinners you joined, who invited you, and whether you came. This is kept while your account exists so that you can return to your own history.
What you eat, allergies and access needs are kept separately, for one dinner at a time, only with your agreement, and are deleted 30 days after that dinner.
Who sees what
Your email address is never shown to other guests. Your food, allergy and access answers are seen only by the host and the kitchen. The person who invited you can see whether your details are complete, not what they are.
Your name appears to other guests only if you choose to be listed for that dinner. You can hide it again at any time, and it takes effect at once.
Photographs
Photographs are taken at dinners. They are shared privately with the people who were there. They are not used publicly without asking. You can ask for any photograph of you to be removed, from the photograph itself.
Your choices
From your account you can download what we hold about you, or delete your account. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
